Biography
Eduardo "Eddie" Verchez Garcia (May 2, 1929 – June 21, 2019), colloquially known as Manoy, was a Filipino actor and filmmaker. He contributed to nearly 700 film and TV productions over his 70-year career. Garcia was the most awarded Filipino actor of all time. He was the most decorated actor in FAMAS Awards history, having been inducted into the hall of fame under three categories.
