
Sliders
In his basement in San Francisco, boy-genius Quinn Mallory unlocks the doorway to an infinite number of Earths. During a test run, Quinn invites co-worker Wade Welles and his teacher Professor Maximillian Arturo to see his new invention. But an increase in power and an early departure leave all three, plus a washed-up soul singer named Rembrandt "Crying Man" Brown, lost in a parallel world. Now they must "slide" from world to world, not only adapting to their changing surroundings, but also trying to get back to their world. Will they ever make it home?

While working in his basement, Quinn Mallory opens the gateway to parallel worlds. For a test run, Quinn invites co-worker Wade Welles and his teacher, Professor Arturo, along. Upon opening the vortex, Quinn uses too much power, which causes the vortex to suck them in along with Rembrandt "Crying Man" Brown, who happened to be driving by Quinn's house. The four arrive on a world that experienced an ecological disaster and will have to survive until the timer hits zero.

2. Fever
Air Date: 1995-03-29
On a world where penicillin was never invented, Quinn is mistaken for his double, who is believed to be the cause of a massive epidemic. While he is imprisoned by a health agency, Wade shows signs of being infected and only Arturo can find the cure.

3. Last Days
Air Date: 1995-04-05
The Sliders arrive on a world that will be destroyed by an asteroid before they are due to slide. Arturo works with Bennish to develop an atom bomb to destroy the asteroid and Rembrandt gets caught up in an end of the world celebration, while Quinn and Wade confront their feelings for one another.

4. The Prince of Wails
Air Date: 1995-04-12
The Sliders arrive in the British States of America, where Arturo's double is plotting to assassinate a prince and take the throne. When the Sliders inadvertently foil the plot, they come into contact with a group of rebels trying to bring freedom to America.

5. Summer of Love
Air Date: 1995-04-19
The Sliders are separated on a world where the Hippie movement of the sixties is still alive and the US is at war with Australia. Wade and Rembrandt are mistaken for extraterrestrial prophets at a commune, while Quinn and Arturo race to fix a broken timer and rejoin the others.

6. Eggheads
Air Date: 1995-04-26
On a world where being smart is the equivalent of being a sports star, Quinn is a popular college athlete and finds his double had underhanded dealings with gangsters. Meanwhile, Arturo discovers his late wife is alive on this world and tries for reconciliation after learning she is pressing for divorce.

7. The Weaker Sex

The Sliders arrive on a world where roles are reversed with women holding the positions of power. Arturo becomes a candidate for the mayoral race in San Francisco, trying to bring about a "men's rights" movement.

Rembrandt has arrived on his dream world, where his double is as popular as Elvis, but has been dead for eight years. As Rembrandt gets to enjoy the fame he's long since wanted, an old enemy plots to make sure he disappears for good.

When the Sliders land on a seemingly ideal world, Wade wins the lottery. But Quinn discovers that the lottery is population control and the winners are killed.

After separating from Ryan and Henry the dog, the Sliders make a rough landing that reopens Quinn's bullet wound. On this world of mysticism and superstition, a witch doctor heals Quinn and has brains on the mind when they can't pay the bill. On the run from bounty hunters, the Sliders only hope is the mysterious Sorcerer, a man who could possibly get them home.

2. Love Gods

On a world where a biological weapon wiped out most of the male population, Quinn, Rembrandt and Arturo become objects of desire and are imprisoned by the government to be breeders. As they try to escape and regroup with Wade, they find there are others out to capture them.

3. Gillian of the Spirits
Air Date: 1996-03-15
A lightning bolt strikes the vortex during a slide, damaging the timer and trapping Quinn on the astral plane. Now the Sliders are stranded on a world with 1950s technology and Quinn can not be seen by the others. He tries to get the help from the only one who can see or hear him, a girl that has a history of hearing voices.

4. The Good, the Bad and the Wealthy
Air Date: 1996-03-22
On a world where everything west of the Mississippi is part of the Nation of Texas, corporate lawyers carry gunslinging ways of the Old West. After Quinn gets mixed up in a showdown, he gains the reputation for fastest draw in San Francisco and tries to prevent the hostile takeover of a family-owned computer company.

5. El Sid
Air Date: 1996-03-29
While the Sliders wait to leave a world of violence, Quinn saves a woman named Michelle from her criminal boyfriend, Sid. Sid then goes after the Sliders through the vortex, where they all arrive on a world where San Francisco is a maximum security prison.

6. Time Again and World
Air Date: 1996-04-05
Wade witnesses a murder just before the slide, but as the Sliders land on the next world, the same murder is about to occur. This time, Wade intervenes and this gets the Sliders involved with a disgraced federal judge and a United States under martial law.

7. In Dino Veritas
Air Date: 1996-04-26
The Sliders land on a world where San Francisco is a national park dedicated to the preservation of dinosaurs, which is home to a deadly Allosaurus. A bad fall causes Arturo to injure himself and lose the timer. Quinn goes out alone to search for it, while the others hide out from the Allosaurus in a cave.

8. Post Traumatic Slide Syndrome
Air Date: 1996-05-03
The Sliders have come to the most unexpected world of all... home. While Rembrandt and Wade use their sliding adventures to kickstart their careers, Arturo steals the timer and claims sliding as his invention. However, Quinn remains convinced they are not home.

9. Obsession
Air Date: 1996-05-24
Wade literally meets the man of her dreams, Derek Bond, on a world where ten percent of the population possess psychic abilities. It turns out Derek is a psychic and is next in line for the powerful position of Prime Oracle. But the future gets grim fast as Rembrandt and Arturo become prime suspects in a murder that hasn't happened yet.

10. Greatfellas

On a world where Prohibition was never repealed, Rembrandt's double is famous for fighting crime and corruption. Unfortunately, the trouble starts when the Sliders land in the middle of a wedding, where the groom and bride are from mob organizations.

11. The Young and the Relentless
Air Date: 1996-06-07
The Sliders arrive on a world where the young are in charge and Wade and Quinn's doubles were married corporate executives. Quinn winds up posing as his dead double and finds questions in his death. Meanwhile, Arturo and Rembrandt find themselves in trouble with the law and face jail time.

12. Invasion
Air Date: 1996-06-28
The Sliders land in the middle of a strange invasion and Quinn uses the timer to bring down one of the ships. Before barely escaping, the Sliders learn these new villains can slide at will and are soon captured on the next world. They learn their captors are the Kromaggs and are intent on conquering every parallel world.

13. As Time Goes By
Air Date: 1996-07-12
The Sliders find themselves running into the same people on each new world, one of them being Quinn's former love, Daelin. After encounters on worlds where the Spanish rule America and Daelin is an abused wife, the Sliders arrive on a world where time moves backwards and they are accused of Daelin's murder. Quinn wants to save her, but it could have disastrous results.

After three months and ten worlds of searching for Wade and Rembrandt, Quinn and Maggie finally reach Earth Prime, only to find it under Kromagg control. Quinn and Maggie manage to rescue Rembrandt from a Kromagg prison, but Quinn is captured and learns the shocking truth about his family.

2. Prophets and Loss
Air Date: 1998-06-08
Quinn, Rembrandt and Maggie land on a world where the United States is run by the Oracle, a blend of fundamental beliefs and right-wing conservatism. Followers trade their wealth and possessions in return for passage to a nirvana world, but the Sliders discover the Oracle's portal is a deadly sham.

3. Common Ground
Air Date: 1998-06-15
The Sliders slide into a Kromagg weapons-testing area and Maggie saves the life of the Kromagg commander, Kromanus. While Maggie tries to get the timer back from him, Quinn and Rembrandt discover a Kromagg weapon designed to eradicate humans.

4. Virtual Slide
Air Date: 1998-06-22
The Sliders arrive on a world where virtual reality is a normal part of life. After Maggie is injured in an explosion, she awakens in a hospital to find they have missed the slide. The only way to go is to build a new timer, but is everything what it seems?

5. World Killer
Air Date: 1998-06-29
After landing in a San Francisco completely devoid of people, the Sliders go to Quinn's house and discover Quinn's double accidentally slid everyone to a parallel world a few years ago. Both Quinns, Maggie and Rembrandt travel to the world where everyone was sent and rush to set things right.

6. Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?
Air Date: 1998-07-06
The Sliders track down Quinn's long lost brother, Colin, to a Amish-type Earth. Quinn convinces Colin they are brothers and to slide to find their true home. But on the next world, a double of Colin's former love takes advantage of him and involves him in a scam to steal cryogenically frozen bodies.

7. Just Say Yes
Air Date: 1998-07-13
On a world where drug use is mandatory, Maggie and Colin are dosed with mind-altering chemicals. Rembrandt and Quinn have to find a way to save them and outrun the Drug Empowerment Administration.

8. The Alternateville Horror
Air Date: 1998-07-20
Acid rain forces the Sliders to stay in the Chandler Hotel. Colin claims to have seen a ghost and the timer is mysteriously stolen.

9. Slidecage
Air Date: 1998-07-27
When Quinn and Colin finally access the coordinates to their home, the Sliders expect it to be their last slide. Instead, they arrive inside a security compound on a barren world, where humans and Kromaggs are fighting for survival.

10. Asylum
Air Date: 1998-08-17
On a world raided by Kromaggs for natural resources, Rembrandt falls in love with a doctor who can save a critically injured Quinn. Problem is, Maggie learns this doctor collaborated with the Kromaggs and is on the run from the British secret service.

11. California Reich
Air Date: 1998-08-24
The Sliders land on a world where California has been taken over by racists. Rembrandt is captured and placed in a prison camp used to turn non-whites into faceless slaves.

12. The Dying Fields
Air Date: 1998-08-31
The Sliders arrive on a Kromagg training camp, where half-human Kromaggs hunt humans. Quinn tries to convince one of them to help free a captured Colin.

13. Lipschitz Live!
Air Date: 1998-11-30
The vortex splits the Sliders up and they only have two hours before the slide. Quinn tries to contact the others by appearing on the world's most popular show: Lipschitz Live. Meanwhile, Colin is mistaken for his double and betrothed to a woman as part of a business deal.

14. Mother and Child
Air Date: 1998-12-07
The Sliders discover a woman escaping from a Kromagg breeder camp and take her to her Earth, where an anti-Kromagg virus proves deadly for her half-Kromagg son.

15. Net Worth
Air Date: 1999-01-11
A sliding mishap separates the Sliders into two groups on a world divided by the computer-savvy and ruthless scavengers. To reunite, they'll have to battle the scavengers and unite a young couple who fell in love on the internet.

16. Slide by Wire
Air Date: 1999-01-18
The Sliders accidentally slide out with Maggie's double, leaving Maggie stranded on an American military base where deadly experiments are performed on pilots. Meanwhile, the Sliders arrive on a world that outlaws technology.

17. Data World
Air Date: 1999-03-19
When the Sliders step into the Chandler Hotel, they are surprised to learn they have been turned into computer data. There they meet the owner of the hotel, Archibald Chandler, who will not allow them to leave.

18. Way Out West
Air Date: 1999-03-26
Colin is wounded on a Wild West Earth and separated from the others. While he is nursed back to health by a widow and her daughter, the others search for him and find an old foe.

19. My Brother's Keeper
Air Date: 1999-04-02
The Sliders arrive on a world where clones are harvested for spare body parts. Quinn's double is blinded in a lab accident and when Quinn tries to help, he is mistaken for a clone. Meanwhile, the others inadvertently rescue the clone, which Colin tries to teach the importance of family and sacrifice.

20. The Chasm
Air Date: 1999-04-09
The Sliders arrive in what is literally the happiest place on Earth. But in this small community, a little girl witnessed her grandfather leap into a mysterious chasm and begins to feel an overwhelming sorrow. Worse yet, it soon spreads to Rembrandt and Maggie.

21. Roads Taken
Air Date: 1999-04-16
A rough slide separates Quinn and Maggie from Rembrandt and Colin for a brief time. Soon after they reunite, Quinn and Maggie become seriously ill and appear to be dying of old age. Unable to help them themselves, Rembrandt and Colin will have to rely on someone claiming to be Quinn and Maggie's son.

22. Revelations
Air Date: 1999-04-23
With nearly a month until their next slide, the Sliders find themselves extremely bored on a dull world. While the others get jobs, Rembrandt dives into a sci-fi book that bears more than a resemblance to their lives. When the Sliders track down the author, they learn he came from Quinn and Colin's home world.

After experiencing a rough slide, Rembrandt and Maggie see Colin is nowhere to be found. More disturbing, they meet a stranger claiming he is Quinn Mallory. Rembrandt and Maggie learn too late that this is all apart of an evil genius' desperate plan to save his life.

2. Applied Physics

Diana tries using a university lab to find a way to separate Quinn and Mallory, which leads to her first encounter with her double, a struggling single mother. Meanwhile, Mallory experiences violent flashbacks from Quinn's life.

3. Strangers and Comrades

The Sliders arrive in a barren wasteland, where the timer is inoperable. Worse yet, they find themselves forced to take part in a never ending battle between Kromaggs and soldiers from Quinn's home world, who are guarding a mysterious bunker.

4. The Great Work

The Sliders arrive on a small island, with a very sick Maggie in tow. While looking for help, Rembrandt, Mallory and Diana meet the monks of a secluded monastery. Reluctantly, the monks allow them to stay and give Maggie medical attention. But the Sliders soon learn the monks have a secret and won't allow them to leave.

5. New Gods for Old
Air Date: 1999-07-16
Just before sliding out and escaping a small army, Mallory is shot with a laser beam and paralyzed. His only chance of walking again lies in a group of spiritual healers, but their cure could be much worse than being paralyzed.

Air Date: 1999-07-23
After trying to buy a candy bar, Maggie is kidnapped by a corporate conglomerate that uses data codes to control commerce.

7. A Current Affair
Air Date: 1999-07-30
On a world where tabloid journalism is in place of real news, a photo suggests Maggie is having an affair with the President. But the President's advisers decide to exploit it in order to distract attention from a war with Switzerland.

8. The Java Jive
Air Date: 1999-08-06
The Sliders arrive on a world where Prohibition still exists, only it was caffeine that was outlawed. They meet a nightclub owner whose lover was murdered by a gang dealing in bootleg coffee.

9. The Return of Maggie Beckett
Air Date: 1999-08-13
The Sliders arrive on a world where Maggie's double was a heroic astronaut and loved by the public. When she is mistaken for her double, the public gets excited. After being kidnapped by the mysterious Leader, Maggie is taken by the government where she must confront her father.

10. Easy Slider
Air Date: 1999-08-20
The Sliders arrive on a world where combustion engines were outlawed by the government due to pollution. But a biker gang is fighting to keep their engines and Mallory falls for the gang's sexy leader.

11. Requiem
Air Date: 1999-09-10
Rembrandt experiences a strange dream in which Wade is trying to contact him and bring him to her. The others have their doubts until a spatial fold opens before them. On the other side, they find Wade is somehow being used in a plan to attack Kromagg Prime.

12. Map of the Mind
Air Date: 1999-09-17
The Sliders arrive at a mental institution in the middle of an unusual riot. Rembrandt and Maggie escape capture, but Diana and Mallory get left behind. While Mallory has managed to pose as a doctor, Diana is mistaken for a patient and undergoes the process of her brain being remapped.

13. A Thousand Deaths
Air Date: 1999-09-24
The Sliders arrive on a world where millions play in highly realistic arcade simulations. Rembrandt and Mallory take part in separate simulations, until they discover Maggie and Diana have been forced to play characters in these simulations, where each "death" experienced is real.

14. Heavy Metal
Air Date: 1999-10-01
A malfunctioning timer deposits the Sliders underwater in the Pacific Ocean. A merchant ship picks them up, but is taking them out of their sliding radius and decreasing the likelihood of a safe slide. Their only chance is to join up with a pirate crew to get back to California.

15. To Catch a Slider
Air Date: 2000-01-14
The timer continues to malfunction, giving the Sliders rougher slides than usual. To fix it, the Sliders need to get ahold of a gem, even if it means stealing.

16. Dust
Air Date: 2000-01-21
The Sliders are lost in the desert, but happen upon an archaeological dig. They soon find, however, that the dig is unearthing a buried Los Angeles and that the locals consider Rembrandt a deity.

17. Eye of the Storm
Air Date: 2000-01-28
The Sliders confront Dr. Geiger again, in a collapsing dimension full of innocent victims.

18. The Seer
Air Date: 2000-02-04
The Sliders arrive in the middle of a rally, surprisingly being held in their honor. They learn they are the subjects of a religion called Slidology, founded by a man with psychic abilities. He has been following their adventures and warns that on their next slide, they will all die.
