Getting a hat on Olli's head from the furthest possible distance, eating something no one else eats and making a magic trick that amazes them is the first thing they should care about.‎

‎What's the heaviest blue thing that fits in a shoebox? How many steps is it possible to get on a pedometer in 90 seconds? Completing a puzzle and getting a watermelon to end as far away from Olli as far as possible are the tasks the King's subjects have to go through to secure important points in pursuit of the bust.‎

We find out who can throw a pizza in an oven from the longest possible distance, who makes the loudest sound and it should be played "guess who" in the King commands.‎

‎Which of the participants manages to guess who is Olli among a selection of other people in suits? How are they going to sort non-stop as quickly as possible? And who is most helpful to a farmer who has fallen out of his hammock?‎

‎Participants will whip three litres of cream into cream and get a sticky laundry in 20 minutes. In addition, we will find out if any of the participants have managed to create life during the season's recording.‎

‎Things are intensified in the battle for the gold bust, and Atle and Olli give the participants new, silly tasks. How is it going when the season's five contestants are going to make as much foam as possible at Atle's? How far can they count in 45 seconds and who makes the best silent movie? In the studio, a football team comes to visit.‎

10. Hey, hey, flour

‎The battle for Atle's gold bust is not over and in today's episode participants will get the biggest thing through a bicycle hose, think strategically and press the second last on a button, and move as much flour as possible to a bowl on the lawn – without leaving the terrace with the flour.‎

11. No, I'll die

Atle longs for vacation, and asks the participants to take Olli on an amazing journey. Steinar, Solveig, Einar, Ida and Amir must escape from Olli and they must make a magnificent sandwich for Atle on a low budget.‎

The bust has been plastered and it is ready for the final in the King's command. Before a winner is to be awarded, participants must lay as many whole eggs as they can in a basket, build the tallest tower they can in packaging and play hide-and-seek.

‎Participants include their best buy in the prize task. They will also give Olli the highest possible pulse, recreate a painting in the dark and move beer from the house to the caravan. The studio task offers tactics and carrots in unprecedented dimensions.‎

‎The tasks they have to go through are preparing for a task they don't know what is, spelling and eating a word with letter biscuits, as well as creating text for the theme tune.‎

4. Something Bombed

‎Atle's gang of cuckolds will go through new tasks in today's program. A bathing duck is going to get in a bucket, things are going to bounce and we get the award of the coolest participant. There will be a twist on the chair toy in the studio task.‎

5. Inflatable armchair

The most magnificent and shiny things should be awarded in today's prize task. Participants will find a baby monitor, attach stickers to their faces and create an amusement park attraction for Olli. In the studio assignment we get to see how good the participants are at calculating time.

6. Take a sip of crowbar

For today's prize assignment, participants will bring something Martin Lepperød does not know what is. In Atle's house, a wine glass should be filled with as much weight as possible, an optical illusion should be made and a suitcase should be filled and moved.

7. The MILF with Jesus in her heart

Participants will get a nut in a hole, use their feet to do something you usually do with your hands, and send in a casting tape to Atle.

8. Sorry, Atle

Air Date: 2022-04-21

The participants are given the task of giving an eggplant an unforgettable experience, they must slide as far as possible and guess what is inside a locked suitcase.

9. Hi, I'm from the municipality

Air Date: 2022-04-28

Atle gets to see what the participants think is too "fancy" for him in the prize task.

10. Safe, lazy, eccentric and crazy

Air Date: 2022-05-05

The table is set for the final and the participants will win over Olli, mash a grape and turn off a TV from the longest possible distance. The excitement is palpable in the last task of the season, and the winner is chosen with a bang.

Atle Antonsen and Olli Wermskog are back with a wonderful group! This season's lucky selected participants are Espen Eckbo, Kristoffer Olsen, Live Nelvik, Henriette Steenstrup and Martha Leivestad.

2. What kind of sick porno is this?

Atle's minions must paddle a kayak, put the correct fruit in a box and remove balls from a ball bin. The studio task offers strategy and tactics.

3. Oh, I'm here?!

The participants will shop in Olli's shop, make a satisfactory sound and in the studio the participants will be put to the test when Atle must guess whether they are standing or walking.

4. Porcelain?

Eggs must be thrown as far as possible and music must be made without instruments. The participants have to brush up on the phenomenon of magnetism, and they have to go through the first team task of the Kongen Befaler story in the studio.

5. It's beep, and then it's like this

Atle's minions must create a video that will work on the internet, complete a puzzle and collect as much water as possible from a water dispenser. In the studio task, office chair curling is played!

6. Massive self-censorship

Air Date: 2022-10-20

The competition for Atle's bust is heating up! Impressive poetry is served, hedgehogs must be put in their enclosure and in the second team task of the season the participants must get eleven points as quickly as possible. The audience becomes involved in a surprising studio task.

7. Intestine, owl, being, wolf

Air Date: 2022-10-27

Atle's gang bring something bad with them in tonight's prize task. The participants finally get plenty of time for a task, much to the dismay of some! They are also invited to afternoon tea together with cacti and balloons in a delightful concoction, and Atle gets out some aggression in the studio task.

8. I thought I liked Espen Eckbo

Air Date: 2022-11-03

The participants bring something they need on a Sunday morning and Olli gets to experience closeness. The gang has been given a task in the house to be revealed in the studio, and the third team task of the season offers a dispute. The studio task is apparently simple and tasty.

9. I'll go for gay

Air Date: 2022-11-10

The participants must measure a distance of their choice, write the shortest word on the board and give an adult's mouth. We see how close-knit the gang has become in a task where they have to write the same thing on a board within a given category.

10. I'm going to catch a bird, is that it?

The winner of Atle's bust will be chosen, but before then the participants must look for a sound, build a tower in a very short time and water a rose from the farthest possible distance.

In this inaugural episode of the seventh season, the contestants must bring in something they think makes them tough, compose their own intro song, get as much weight as possible into a glass cylinder, deliver the most items to Olli in a hat, and pull the longest match out of a cabinet.

2. I'm brilliant

Air Date: 2023-02-02

In this episode, the contestants must bring in a good pair of things, transport something they can lift as far as possible, find a bell pepper, record the highest speed on a speed camera, and play a game of portrait darts.

3. An entertainment square

Air Date: 2023-02-09

In this episode, the contestants must bring in the most impressive home-made square, make the tallest stack, leave the lab in exactly seven minutes, make a giant teddy bear disappear, and make the Taskmaster say specific words.

4. I don't have a license, is that okay?

Air Date: 2023-02-16

In this episode, the contestants must bring in something that makes the wrong sound, place as much weight as possible on some eggs, play a game of 'the floor is lava', document that the house is haunted, and then play a game of 'service bell helmet tag'.

5. The depression gnome

Air Date: 2023-02-23

In this episode, the contestants must bring in the thing they most often lose, move some juice to a measuring cylinder, find a clementine in a sock, perform a 30-second revue sketch, and drive a nail into a wooden beam while listing items in categories.

6. Fuck strikes, man

Air Date: 2023-03-02

"Fakk slag" (Fuck strikes) was uttered by Leo Ajkic during the Hit the rubber duck through the croquet hoops task, but became "Fakk slag, mann" (Fuck strikes, man) when repeated by Bård Ylvisåker and Olli Wermskog in the studio, since Leo habitually ends his sentences with 'man'.

7. We'll hear what the union says

"Vi får høre hva fagforeningen sier" (We'll hear what the union says) was a statement made by Leo Ajkic, during the Hold the coffee pots above the microwaves' task.

8. You had me at school bun

Bård Ylvisåker told Lars Berrum that "You had me at skolebolle" (You had me at school bun) during the Something you can threaten with, that is not a weapon prize task.

9. Meny taimes

"Mångt gong" was a mis-spelled version of 'Mange ganger' (Many times), used by Vidar Magnussen, during the Write the longest sentence with these tiles task.

3. The ink on the finger ahh

"Blekket på finger´n ahh" (The ink on my finger then) was written by Christian Skolmen while drafting his list of wishes during the List your wishes, then make them come true task, and then repeated verbally in the studio. His actual wish as stated was ‘For the ink on my finger to go away’, but as he was running out of time, he only wrote ‘The ink on my finger then’.

4. It goes in the butt

"Den går i ræven" (It goes in the butt) was uttered by Stian Blipp during the Hide three lemons from Olli task, as he laid out his lemon-hiding strategy to the cameras.

5. World record

Air Date: 2023-10-12

The phrase "Verdensrekord" (World record) is used by Tete Lidbom, during the Something you have but are too old for task. After Marte Stokstad submits the fact that she is still menstruating at the age of 45, Tete genuinely asks whether perhaps that might be a world record, and is quickly educated by the rest of the panel about the typical age at which the menopause occurs.

6. My first picnic

Tete Lidbom utters the phrase "Min første piknik" (My first picnic) after successfully completing the Set up a picnic for Olli and yourself task.

7. There are a thousand beads in the glass

Air Date: 2023-10-26

"Det er tusen perler i glasset" (There are a thousand beads in the glass) was the penultimate line of the task brief in the Write down how many beads are in the jar task, which baffles several of the contestants. It cannot be attributed to any particular member of the cast.

8. More skin residue than cap

Air Date: 2023-11-02

"Mer hudrester enn caps" (More skin residue than cap) is how Christian Skolmen describes the results of a microscopic analysis of the contents of Atle Antonsen’s baseball cap, during the Something that contains more than you’d think prize task.

9. Who is Mats?

"Hvem er Mats?" (Who is Mats?) was asked directly to the camera by Tete Lidbom, immediately after reading the task brief for the Win against a child task.

10. Impressive spinning top

Air Date: 2023-11-16

"Imponerende snurrebass" (Impressive spinning top) is not a direct quote from anyone or anything that happens during the episode. Instead, it is a reference to the euphemistic nature of the Make the largest spinning top task. While the Norwegian word ‘snurrebass’ means ‘spinning top’, it is also a euphemism for ‘penis’).

Ingrid Gjessing Linhave utters the exclamation “Ballefrans” during the Fill the cups with water from the tube task. This mild expletive is a compound of the word for ‘ball’ and the name ‘Frans’, and is equivalent to the English exclamation ‘balls’.

3. Opposite of Mensa

Ingrid Gjessing Linhave uses the phrase "Motsatt av Mensa" (Opposite of Mensa) to describe her experience of the Hide the rubber duck / Find the rubber duck task. Mensa is an international association for people with high IQs.

4. Episode 4

Nora Svenningsen encourages Olli Wermskog to "Bare gønn på" (Just go for it) as he’s guiding her, blindfolded, to the lab during the Build a tower of cans in the lab task.

5. Tastes like ants

5. Kløfta’s Robin Hood

6. Abu’s 100% lottery

7. Fun suitcase

This is a reference to a common idiom ‘å tenke koffert’ (to think suitcase), meaning ‘having a dirty mind’. This is understood to be a Freudian reference, since containers such as suitcases are interpreted in Freudian psychology as symbols representing female genitalia.

8. Are you wearing a dog collar?
